7. Propylene Glycol (PG C3H8O2) is a colorless liquid with constant viscosity and good water absorption. Almost odorless, non-flammable and almost non-toxic. It can be mixed and dissolved with alcohol, water and various organic agents.
8.PG is the raw material for unsaturated polyester resin, plasticizer, surfactant, emulsifier and demulsifier. It can also be used as a mildew inhibitor, fruit antiseptic, frost inhibitor, and tobacco humectant.
9. Attachments:
Its primary end use is in the production of unsaturated polyester resins, which then become objects that we use every day, such as water tanks, or in our leisure time, such as sailboats. It can also be used as a softener, surfactant, emulsifier and demulsifier, mildew inhibitor, fruit antiseptic, frost inhibitor and tobacco humectant.
